They were on a casual date. They were roaming aimlessly and made plans on the go and were enjoying each others company thoroughly.
When they were making plans on where to go next, it suddenly stared to rain. They were in a fix. His gym was nearby and he offered to take her there.
She accepted and they both went on. He introduced her to all his friends there. He then proceeded to give her a tour of his daily routine.
He started lifting weights and asked her to try one. She couldn't and sat down panting.
"You are so strong to lift these weights. Which is the most difficult weight you have lifted?"
"There is just one thing that's most difficult. Not because of its weight but because of its handling. I need to hold it ever and keep it safe and never let it down. "
"It sounds so difficult. What is that?"
"Its your heart." He replied.
